In accordance with the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Private Entities or Individuals, published in the Official Gazette on July 5, 2010, Fundación Valle La Paz will manage all personal information it receives with absolute confidentiality. The Entity responsible for processing all confidential information is Fundación Valle La Paz, located at Calle del Pino #104 Colonia Centro, Valle de Bravo, State of Mexico. If you send personal data to Fundación Valle La Paz, you are authorizing Fundación Valle La Paz to contact you. You are entitled to know what data will be held by Fundación Valle La Paz, to amend the information, validate the data, delete the data and challenge such data. If you wish to request one of these rights, please contact us in writing including your name, a copy of your identification document, a clear description of your request and any other additional information that may help us fulfill your request.

In accordance with provisions of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Private Entities or Individuals (“the Law”), published in the Official Federation Gazette on July 5, 2010, Fundación Valle La Paz, A.C., (hereinafter jointly referred to as “Fundación Valle La Paz”) hereby informs the general public and the Holders of personal data and sensitive personal information, of the purposes for which, with tacit or express consent, we will make use of such personal data and sensitive personal data collected as a result of the various activities and services we perform and provide within the United Mexican States, as well as the mechanisms used to ensure access, protection, integrity and confidentiality of such personal data.

For the purposes of this Privacy Notice, Personal Data shall be understood as any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person, for example, identification data, employment data and property data, and Sensitive Personal Data shall be understood as personal data affecting the intimate sphere of its Holder, or whose improper use may give rise to discrimination or entail a serious risk for the latter, particularly those data that may reveal aspects such as racial or ethnic origin, present and future state of health, genetic information, religious, philosophical and moral beliefs, union membership, political opinions and sexual preference are considered sensitive.

For all purposes related to this privacy notice, Fundación Valle La Paz specifies as address the one located at Calle del Pino # 104, colonia Centro, zip code 51200, Valle de Bravo, Estado de México. Fundación Valle La Paz will be responsible, under the terms provided by the Law, for the processing of any such Personal Data and Sensitive Personal Data and will decide on the processing thereof.

By providing to Fundación Valle La Paz with information that involves Personal Data and Sensitive Personal Data, it is understood that you also consent to the processing of such data in accordance with this notice. The Personal Data and Sensitive Personal Data that have been provided to us and that will be provided to us in the future, will be used mainly to identify, locate and contact you; for issuing your corresponding tax receipt; registration and follow-up of your contribution, registration in the donor database, as well as for any other analogous purpose to the ones set forth herein, and will be protected by administrative, technical and physical security measures, to prevent any damage, loss, alteration, destruction, use, access or undue disclosure.

By way of example, the Personal Data that Fundación Valle La Paz usually collects consists of, among others: (i) full name; (ii) fiscal address; (iii) federal taxpayer registry number; (iv) e-mail address; (v) home, office or cell phone number; and (vi) preferred form of contact.

If you do not expressly state your objection to Fundación Valle La Paz using or disclosing your Personal Data and/or Sensitive Personal Data for the aforementioned purposes or your desire to limit such purposes, we will understand that you agree with such use or disclosure.
